Pick a plan that fits, buy credits when you need them, and keep track of your spending.

Available plans

Sirv AI Studio offers three self-serve plans plus enterprise. Each one includes a monthly credit allowance and different collaboration, storage, and workflow limits.

  • Free - 25 credits per month. Shopify publish and sync (Beta), 25 credits, and a real library on a starter catalog. The full loop works. No extra channels, supplier portal, or saved workflows.
  • Core - $149/mo. Run your storefront with team approvals, saved workflows, Shopify sync (Beta), and one readiness/export channel. No supplier portal or duplicate detection.
  • Growth - $499/mo. The operations tier for supplier intake, review queues, duplicate detection, multiple storefronts, webhooks, and API access.
  • Enterprise - When self-serve limits are not enough: custom credit pools, Enterprise OIDC SSO, security review, SLA, private billing, and custom internal workspace-user packaging. Contact sales for pricing.

All paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Annual billing saves 15% compared to monthly.

Upgrading and downgrading

Upgrade any time from Settings > Billing: pick a plan under "Plans" and click "Upgrade". Before anything charges, you see the amount due today and the credits you get. When you pay, the upgrade takes effect at once, and your card pays a prorated amount for the rest of the billing cycle. You get the extra credits of the new plan for the rest of the cycle. The full new allowance starts on your next billing date.

Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access to your current plan's features until then. If your downgraded plan doesn't include certain features, like the supplier portal, those features become read-only until you upgrade again.

Credit packs

Need more credits than your plan includes? Buy a pack from Settings > Billing > "Credit packs". Packs come in several sizes and the per-credit price drops as you buy more. Purchased credits never expire and stack on top of your monthly allowance.

Your monthly allowance tops up on your billing date. On Core and Growth, unused plan credits carry into the next cycle, but your plan credits never go above twice the monthly allowance. Free credits do not carry over. Purchased credits are used only after your plan credits run out.

Invoices and payment details

Settings > Billing shows your next charge, the card on file, and your invoices. Click an invoice number to open it in Stripe. A workspace owner can click "Update in Stripe" to change the card. For any other billing question, contact support. Contact support
