Profile settings

Open Settings > Profile to change your display name, manage linked sign-in accounts, and choose whether to allow product analytics. Your account email is shown on this page.

Workspace settings

Open Settings > General to manage the workspace name, logo, language, and product currency. Owners can also transfer ownership or close the workspace from this page.

API keys

Generate your API key under Settings > API keys. It uses your permissions in the workspace where it was created, so it can do no more than you can in the app.

The key value is shown only when it is generated. Copy it and store it securely. Regenerating or revoking a key invalidates the previous key, so update any integrations that use it.

Metadata templates

Create reusable metadata templates under Settings > Metadata templates. A template defines fields such as Season, Collection, or Photographer for asset metadata.

Templates support default values. Set "Season" to "Summer 2026" in a template, apply it to a batch of uploads, and every file gets that value without manual entry.

Connected accounts

Open Settings > Shopify or Settings > Sirv to manage those connections. Settings > General also shows their connection status. Access depends on your workspace plan and permissions.

Use the Disconnect control for the connected service. Check any workflows that depend on the connection before disconnecting it.
