Google Sheets Integration

Import image URLs from a public Google Sheet and review the batch results in Studio.

Why use Google Sheets?

Google Sheets import reads image URLs from a publicly accessible sheet. Paste its link, choose the image URL column, and run the batch. The source sheet stays unchanged.

Connecting your sheet

On any batch tool page, switch to the Import URLs tab. Paste the full URL of a publicly accessible Google Sheet. If the sheet contains private product information, export the required image URLs as CSV or XLSX and upload that file instead.

Required column format

Your sheet needs at minimum one column with image URLs. The first row should be a header. Here is a typical layout:

After pasting the sheet URL, you pick which column contains image URLs from a dropdown. We auto-detect columns that look like URLs, but you can select any column manually.

Starting the batch

Once your URLs are loaded and validated (green checkmarks for reachable URLs, red X marks for broken ones), configure the tool settings and hit Start Batch. Processing works the same as any other batch job.

Review your results

When processing finishes, review the batch results in Studio.

The source sheet stays unchanged. Review successful and failed items in the batch, then use the available download controls to save your results.

Error handling

Rows with invalid URLs (404s, unreachable hosts, non-image files) are flagged during the validation step before processing even starts. You can fix those URLs in the sheet and re-import, or skip them and process only the valid ones.

If an image fails during processing (timeout, unsupported format), the status column shows the specific error. You can retry just the failed rows without re-running the entire batch.

CSV and XLSX files

You can upload a .csv or .xlsx file instead of using a public Google Sheet. Use the same image URL column format. Processing does not write results back to the source file or sheet.
