Sharing
Share assets with anyone. Control exactly what they can see and download.
Share links
You can create a share link for any folder or collection. The link opens a clean gallery view that works for anyone, no account required. Recipients see thumbnails and can preview assets at full size.
To create a share link, right-click a folder or collection and select "Share". Copy the generated link and send it however you like. You can also share individual assets by opening them and clicking "Share".
Password protection
To require a password, enable Password protect when creating the link and enter at least 4 characters. Recipients must enter that password before viewing its contents.
The sharing dialog creates and deletes links. To replace a link’s password in the app, create a new link with the password you want and delete the previous link. Send recipients the new link.
Expiration dates
Set an expiration date to automatically disable a share link after a certain time. This is useful for time-limited reviews, campaign approvals, or temporary access for external partners. After the expiration, the link shows a message that access has expired.
Choose the expiration when creating a link. To use a different expiration in the app, create a replacement link and delete the previous one. A link with no expiration remains available until it is deleted or its shared content becomes unavailable.
Download permissions
Allow downloads is enabled by default when you create a share link. Turn it off if recipients should only preview the shared content. This setting applies to each link separately.
When downloads are enabled, recipients can download individual files or select assets for a ZIP download.
Managing active links
Open Settings > Shared links to find links across your workspace, or open a folder or collection’s sharing dialog. Copy a link or use "Delete share link" to revoke access. The list shows views, password protection, downloads, and expiration.
Team permissions
Sharing folders and collections requires permission to share collections and read access to the target. Sharing individual assets uses the permission to share assets. Ask a workspace admin if the Share action is unavailable.
What recipients see
Recipients see a gallery of the shared content and can browse included subfolders. Previews show filenames and file details. A share link does not grant workspace editing access.
