Automation

Run one AI tool on many images with a batch, chain tools into saved workflows, or run a ready-made recipe on products.

Studio has three ways to do the same AI work on many images. A batch runs one tool on a set of images, once. A workflow chains several steps, such as remove background, upscale and save, and can run again whenever new images arrive. A recipe is a ready-made workflow that you run on products you select.

Which one to use

You want to Use Where
Run one tool on a folder of photos or a list of image URLs, once A batch AI Tools, then a batch tool such as Batch background removal

Run a standard clean-up, such as Clean & Upscale or Amazon Main Image Prep, on selected products A recipe The Products page: select products, then Run recipe…

All three use the same AI tools and the same credit prices as a single run. See AI tools for prices.
